Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.

• Must have CMA/TMA certification as per state requirements where employed.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and transferring.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
• Support dining and meal assistance and participate in wellness activities.
