Qualifications

• Must have valid SD Nursing License or CMA certification.
• Experience delivering patient-centered care in outpatient settings.
• Eligible for PRN shifts and local travel to clinics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care during patient visits: vitals, history, meds, and room prep.
• Provide patient education on health management and referrals.
• Perform nursing tasks within scope, including injections and vaccinations; labs and x-ray support as trained.
