Job summary

The Wesleyan Homes, Inc. in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to work PRN or "as needed" within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The CMA administers prescribed oral medications and holds active CMA and CNA certifications in Texas with experience in assisted living or memory care.

This position requires flexible availability to fill open shifts (10PM-6AM, 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM) and a servant-minded approach to resident care aligned with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Completed Medication Aide Training Program and CMA permit in Texas.
• Current Texas Nurse Aide Certificate kept up to date.
• Experience as CNA/caregiver in assisted living or memory care.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications per physician orders.
• Maintain medication cart and room organization.
• May work as CNA when needed.
• Conduct resident rounds and respond to call lights promptly.
• Identify changes in resident condition and report to nurse.
