Title: PRN Clinical Dietitian

Location: Temple Health - Chestnut Hill Hospital

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our healthcare team as a PRN Clinical Dietitian at Chestnut Hill Hospital.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, providing care to a diverse patient population. The Clinical Dietitian will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assess patients' nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs.
2. Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes.
3. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care.
4. Monitor patients' progress and modify nutrition plans as needed.
5. Stay updated with the latest research and developments in clinical nutrition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) designation required or the ability to obtain RD/RDN within 6 months.
• Licensed Dietitian status in Pennsylvania within 6 months of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
