CHI Health Clinic is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care and support patient recovery. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include guiding care per guidelines, educating patients and families, and adhering to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
• May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
• Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and state/federal laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status and management of conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.

• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Pay Range

$27.97 - $41.60 /hour
