Job summary

North Austin Surgery Center is seeking a Certified Surgical OR Tech (PRN) to support our multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center. In this as-needed role, you will prepare operating rooms, assemble and maintain sterile instrument sets, and assist surgeons during same-day procedures while upholding strict aseptic technique.

You will collaborate closely with RNs, anesthesia, and board-certified physicians to deliver efficient, safe, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required.
• Experience in operating room prep and aseptic technique.
• Ability to assist surgeons and collaborate with RNs and anesthesia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for procedures.
• Assemble and maintain sterile instrument sets.
• Assist surgeons during same-day procedures.
• Uphold strict aseptic technique at all times.
