Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is actively seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Working under the supervision of an occupational therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized plans of care and contribute to meaningful patient outcomes.

You will help patients through all phases of OT treatment, discuss progress with the supervising therapist, and document responses to therapy in charts while maintaining open communication

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
