Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Kenosha, Wisconsin is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will assist in implementing individualized plans of care and help patients achieve functional goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
