Mount Vernon Nursing & Rehabilitation is now hiring a PRN Certified OT Assistant - COTA

The Occupational Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered occupational therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings.

  1. Provide direct therapy to patients outlined in the OT's plan of care
  2. Monitor and document patient progress
  3. Collaborate with team members on discharge plans
  4. Contribute to case management
  5. Maintain positive interactions with patients and staff
  6. Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy
