Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Certified OT Assistant (COTA) for University Nursing Center in Indiana. The OT Assistant provides skilled care under the supervision of the registered OT and delivers services to residents across ASC Therapies settings.

You will work with licensed therapists to implement the plan of care and support patient progress. You will collaborate with the therapy team, document outcomes, and assist with discharge planning while maintaining compassionate

Qualifications

• Current OT Assistant (COTA) certification required.
• Ability to provide direct therapy under OT supervision.
• Experience documenting patient progress and outcomes.
• Knowledge of state regulations governing occupational therapy.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered occupational therapist. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings.
