Job description

PRN Certified OT Assistant (COTA) - Healthcare

ASC Therapies is hiring PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to cover the greater Indianapolis area.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant assists in providing skilled care under the supervision of a registered occupational therapist. Services are provided for patients across all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

1. Provide direct therapy to patients as outlined in the OT's plan of care.
2. Monitor and document patient progress.
3. Collaborate with team members on discharge plans.
4. Contribute to case management.
5. Maintain positive interactions with patients and staff.
6. Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy.
