Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Indianapolis to support skilled care under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will provide direct therapy to patients per the OT's plan of care across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings.

You’ll monitor progress, participate in discharge planning, contribute to case management, and maintain positive interactions with patients and center staff while adhering to state regulations.
