Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and contribute to individualized plans of care.

You will help implement therapy programs, support patients through all phases of OT treatment, discuss progress with the supervising therapist and document responses in patient charts, while maintaining open communication with facility staff.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
