Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

You will ensure each patient receives quality treatment and contribute to excellent functional outcomes while collaborating with the OT, rehab directors, and facility staff.

In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
