Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Woodstock, IL is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. Working under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will assist with treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by OTs.

You will participate in developing and implementing OT treatment programs, assist patients with all phases of OT treatment, document patient conditions and responses after each visit, and maintain continuous communication

• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
