Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking an occupational therapy assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will be a part of a growing team.

In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists. You will participate in therapy activities, document patient conditions after each visit, and maintain communication with the OT, Rehab Director, and facility staff, ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate patient care and ability to work under OT supervision.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With guidance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
