Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a per diem day shift Certified Nursing Assistant at Women’s Therapeutic Residential Center in Henning, Tennessee. The CNA will work under close supervision of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to deliver direct patient care to incarcerated individuals.

Requirements include TN CNA license or ability to obtain it, and one year of experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Tennessee CNA license or ability to obtain license.
• One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living for incarcerated individuals.
• Monitor vital signs as part of routine assessments.
