Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation in Brackenridge, PA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our progressive care team on a PRN basis. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring conditions, and delivering personalized, respectful care to our diverse resident population.

This position offers 8-hour shifts on 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a with competitive pay ranging from $19.50 to $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current PA CNA certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and provides emotional support and companionship
• Monitors and reports changes in resident condition, vital signs, and behavior to the nursing team
• Assists with mobility and transfers, including use of lift equipment
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to infection control protocols
• Participates in care planning and contributes to the development of individualized care plans
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
• PRN CNA duties will be assigned based on the needs of our residents and the facility, with varying shifts and schedules
