Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Georgia CNA certification required.
• Georgia Certified Medication Aide certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer physician-ordered medications (oral, ophthalmic, topical, otic, nasal, vaginal, rectal).
• Administer insulin, epi, and B12 per physician direction and guidelines.
• Record medication administration and any declinations per guidelines.
• Provide routine patient care as needed (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Report changes to the licensed nurse and document in patient records.
