Job summary

Mesquite Village Wellness & Rehabilitation seeks a Certified Medication Aide who works under the direct supervision of the charge nurse. The charge nurse will follow up with the CMA to ensure the med pass is completed timely and accurately to maintain the highest quality resident care at all times.

Qualifications include ability to communicate effectively in English, prior patient care experience preferred, and current certification for Medication Aide.

• Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education and in-service as required.
• Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.
