Brookdale Senior Living in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated bus driver to transport residents to activities, appointments, and social events, ensuring safety and comfort on every trip. The role requires a valid CDL Class C, CPR may be required, and at least one year of bus driving experience.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required.
• Minimum of one year successful experience operating a bus is required.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license with a good driving record. CPR training and certification may be required.
• Current Class C CDL with no major driving violations for the past three (3) years. Current certification from Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction on bus driver training preferred. CPR training and certification may be required.
