Aloma Home Care in The Woodlands, TX, seeks a compassionate PRN caregiver to support seniors in their homes in the Spring area. You will provide companionship, personal care, transportation, and daily living assistance on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities include driving clients to appointments, assisting with bathing and meals, light housekeeping, and safety monitoring while maintaining a respectful, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
• Prior home care or senior care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Available to provide PRN coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transportation & errands: drive client to appointments and outings using client's vehicle.
• Personal care: assist with bathing, dressing, and incontinence care as needed.
• Household support: laundry, cooking, and light housekeeping.
• Nutrition: prepare and serve meals according to client preferences.
• Companion care & mobility: provide companionship and assist with safe mobility.
• Safety monitoring: observe health changes and report concerns promptly.

About the Opportunity

We have an immediate PRN opening for a dedicated and reliable caregiver with a genuine passion for senior care in the Spring area. This PRN position provides flexible coverage based on the client's care needs and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the client's daily life.

You will work directly in the client's home, providing companion care, personal care, assistance with daily living, household support, and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Transportation & Errands: Safely drive the client to doctor’s appointments, therapy sessions, grocery shopping, and short outings using the client's vehicle.
• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, showering, dressing, and gentle incontinence care.
• Household Support: Perform laundry, cooking, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home.
• Nutrition: Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to the client's preferences.
• Companion Care & Mobility: Provide companionship and assist the client with safe mobility around the home.
• Safety Monitoring: Monitor for changes in the client's health or behavior, report concerns promptly, and respond appropriately during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history; MVR check required.
• Prior experience in home care, senior care, or a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
• Genuine passion for supporting seniors.
• Dependable, organized, and punctual.
• Must be comfortable driving the client in the client's personal vehicle.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the client's home.
• Must be available to provide PRN coverage as needed.
