PRN Caregiver Position Summary

As a PRN Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to patients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Daily Activities: Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily tasks.
• Monitor Vital Signs: Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Patient Well-being: Monitor patients’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Mobility Assistance: Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
• Meal Assistance: Assist with meals and meet patients’ nutritional needs.
• Environment Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized patient environment.
• Infection Control: Follow proper infection control procedures and maintain aseptic technique.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient information in medical records.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the nursing team to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Qualifications:
