Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Wilson, NC is seeking CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents across memory care and assisted living. You will support daily living activities, monitor residents’ well‑being, and maintain a safe, home-like environment in a team-driven setting.

We welcome applicants 18+ with HS diploma/GED; CNA certification preferred. Prior senior care experience is a plus, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• CNA certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as instructed.
• Observe, report and document changes in residents’ conditions.
• Respond promptly to call bells and supervisor notifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in residents’ rooms and common areas.
• Engage residents in activities to promote dignity and independence.
