• RN must have active licensure and hold a Registered Nurse Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Administer medications and document care in the medical record; monitor therapeutic response and action as needed.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively address patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up steps, translating medical terminology when needed.
