Qualifikationen

• Masters in Human Services (Required).
• 1 year of crisis management or crisis response experience required.
• Must have one of the following: LCSW-A, LCMHC-A, LMFT-A.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical assessment to determine behavioral health and substance use service needs.
• Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for clients served.
• Assist with discharge planning and linkage to additional services or community resources.
• Perform interviews to identify problems, assess mental status, and document psychosocial history.
• Provide crisis assessments and intervention in collaboration with BHUC staff.
• Maintain medical records per guidelines and ensure confidentiality.
• Travel to community locations and participate in meetings/trainings as required.
