Qualificações

• 2 years of relevant work experience in behavioral health or emergency settings.
• Experience coordinating observations and coordinating patient care is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and oversees 1:1 observation assignments in the Adult ED.
• Monitors sitter coverage and ensures compliance with safety requirements.
• Assists with patient intake and belongings management per department protocols.
• Facilitates communication among nurses, providers, assessment specialists, and other team members.
• Supports patient disposition processes and referrals to community resources.
