Job summary

Lourdes Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Behavioral Health PACT Unit in Pasco, WA. This PRN role supports adult patients with intensive outpatient treatment, housing and recovery needs, and requires strong clinical skills and teamwork.

The RN will administer medications, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for schedule flexibility and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice and BCLS required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple clinical software systems.
• Effective English communication (read, write, speak).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in stressful environments.
• Complete Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan-of-care interventions including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitors patient condition and communicates with the care team.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Collaborates across disciplines for transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Provides age- and culture-appropriate education to patients and families.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Provides quality care and may be assigned to other shifts or on-call.
