Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred in social work, psychology, sociology or related field.
• Must have or be eligible for Washington state Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days.
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical/management mental health experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in day-to-day operations of the Adult Inpatient Unit/CTF (Transitions Unit).
• Maintain and promote effective communication between unit and other departments.
• Document clinical services.
• Exhibits teamwork in providing services.
• Demonstrates professional accountability.
• Implements measures safeguarding welfare, care, health, and safety of the unit including patients, families and coworkers.
• Demonstrates knowledge to provide care appropriate to the population, culture, and specific needs of patients served.
