Job summary

Triangle ABA in Garner, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a PRN, in‑clinic role at the Garner Clinic. Reports to Clinical Director; part‑time/exempt status.

You’ll conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and support treatment plan updates while delivering high‑fidelity ABA services. We offer flexible scheduling with assignments matched to your availability, a pathway to more hours, and a clinician‑led, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification (in good standing).
• Licensure to practice ABA in North Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Proficient in EMR platforms like CentralReach or similar.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Service Delivery & Supervision – conduct assessments, develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs and assistants.
• Family Engagement – provide in-person caregiver coaching to support skill generalization.
• Documentation & Compliance – manage plans of care and timely documentation per funder requirements.
• Outcomes & Innovation – review client data, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate to improve service models.
