Job summary

MUSC Health Orangeburg Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our growing practice on a PRN basis. Chosen candidates will provide fast, expert anesthesia services in OR and non-OR settings within MUSC’s regional hospitals in Orangeburg, SC.

The role requires BC/BE in Anesthesiology, SC licensure eligibility, strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and experience with diverse anesthesia modalities including ultrasound-guided nerve blocks.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Anesthesiology
• Eligible for South Carolina licensure
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Experience with major vascular, regional, orthopedic and ENT anesthesia
• Ultrasound-guided nerve blocks

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, expert anesthesia services in operating room and non-operating room environments.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary, team-based setting at MUSC’s regional hospitals.
• Perform ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and support diverse anesthesia cases.
