Job summary

MUSC Health – Orangeburg Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time board certified or board eligible Anesthesiologist to join our team-based practice and care for the rapidly growing local population of Orangeburg, SC. This position will have the support of excellent local hospital staff, hospitalists, intensivists, and general surgeons.

As a partner and collaborator with our academic medical center, you’ll have access to advanced technologies such as specialty and sub-specialty diagnostic

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for South Carolina licensure.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills demonstrating leadership.
• Experience with major vascular, obstetric, neuro, transplant, ambulatory, regional, orthopedic and ENT anesthesia; ultrasound-guided nerve blocks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide team-based anesthesiology care across a broad case mix.
• Collaborate with hospital staff including physicians and CRNAs.
• Utilize state-of-the-art anesthesia equipment and Epic EHR.
