Job summary

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking service-oriented Anesthesiologists to join a collaborative anesthesia team at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Arkansas. This 1099 position features 3–6 month assignments, with a full-time and a part-time opportunity, and PRN availability to accommodate scheduling needs.

The team includes 5.5 anesthesiologists with on-site coverage and a mix of Main OR and Outpatient cases, offering high compensation and strong support from clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with cardiac anesthesia; CV fellowship not required.
• Independent 1099 status with tail coverage.
• Paid malpractice with tail coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services in Main OR and attached Outpatient locations.
• Support team with various case types including General, GI, Cath Lab, ENT, Bariatrics, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, and CV.
• Rotate between Main OR and the attached Outpatient surgery location.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists in a 1099 employment model.
