Luxor Healthcare is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Missouri. The role focuses on delivering quality speech therapy services, evaluating progress, and coordinating with families and staff to ensure continued patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an ASHA certification, maintains licensure, and is committed to developing comprehensive treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP with ASHA certification.
• Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology standards.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals as appropriate.
• Evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop treatment plans with short-term and long-term goals.
• Instruct patients, families and staff in speech-language procedures to ensure carry-over of remediation goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures and productivity standards
• To evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implantation.
• To develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals
• Instructs patient, family, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in dally activities
