PRN Advanced Practice Provider Urgent Care - ( 260006HH )

Seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider for the Urgent Care at UH Samaritan Medical Center. APP experience required.

A Brief Overview

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. Standard tasks to be performed by an Advanced Practice Provider as specified by the Ohio State Board of Medicine or Nursing and UH entity specific Medical Bylaws.

Education

• Master's Degree from an accredited PA educational program (Required)
• (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing (Required)

Experience Qualifications

• 1+ years as a Physician Assistant
• 1+ years as a Nurse Practitioner

Licenses and Certifications
