• Nurse Practitioner route: RN license in Texas and NP certification from a recognized program.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under supervision of staff Physician or Medical Director.
• Take detailed patient histories and perform physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; manage patient data and follow-up care.
• Develop patient management plans and document progress notes.
• Instructs patients on diagnosis and adherence to treatment and health maintenance.
