Job summary

WellSpan Health in York, PA seeks an Advanced Practice Professional (ACNP/PA-C) to cover TSICU in a Level I Trauma Center. The role involves two 13‑hour shifts and one 14‑hour shift per pay period with rotating days and nights, in a two-ICU, high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• ACNP or PA-C with critical care experience preferred.
• Experience in TSICU, Trauma ICU or Emergency Department is desired.

• Support TSICU team in a Level I Trauma Center with non-surgical critical care focus.
• Rotate daytime schedule including weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Champion:

• Full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) opportunity with the TSICU team at WellSpan York Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center
• Rotating daytime schedule including weekends and holidays
• Schedule consists of two (2) 13‑hour shifts and one (1) 14‑hour shift per pay period, with a rotating day/night model
• Provide advanced practice coverage for two 10‑bed Intensive Care Units (ICUs) in a high‑acuity inpatient setting
• Non‑surgical critical care role; ideal candidates will have prior Critical Care, Trauma ICU (TSICU), or Emergency Department experience
