Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine Calabasas is seeking a per diem Recovery Coach to support adolescents in a residential program in Calabasas, CA. The role involves assisting with meals, implementing the treatment plan, and monitoring client progress under clinical supervision.

The position is PRN with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in mental/behavioral health, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to engage clients and families in recovery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting.
• Valid state-issued Driver’s License with safe driving history.
• Strong communication and client relations skills; flexible team member.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through their recovery journey in the residential program.
• Provide interventions aligned with the treatment plan.
• Engage clients to build healthy peer connections within the milieu.
• Assist in food preparation and supervise meals and snacks.
• Facilitate participation in therapeutic groups and skill development.
• Conduct rounds and report observations.
• Occasionally drive clients to appointments or activities.
