Job summary

Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Maryland-licensed Psychology Associate to perform specialized psychological and forensic evaluations for adolescents across Maryland on a flexible PRN basis. The role emphasizes testing, clinical interviews, and report-writing to produce court-quality reports.

TOJ and psychosexual evaluations may be included based on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate will integrate testing, collateral information, and risk factors into comprehensive written

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Psychology Associate license in good standing.
• Graduate degree in psychology from an appropriately accredited program.
• Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations.
• Strong experience administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological assessment instruments.
• Excellent clinical interviewing and diagnostic assessment skills.
• Demonstrated ability to produce thorough, well-organized psychological evaluation reports that clearly connect assessment findings to clinical conclusions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and forensic evaluations of adolescents.
• Complete TOJ and psychosexual evaluations when qualified.
• Conduct clinical and forensic interviews with youth and collateral contacts.
• Review collateral documentation and integrate findings into reports.
• Develop DSM-5-TR impressions, formulations and treatment recommendations.
• Prepare clear, objective reports for court professionals.
• Complete evaluations within contractual timelines.
