Job summary

Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maryland-licensed Psychology Associate to conduct specialized psychological and forensic evaluations for adolescents across Maryland.

This PRN, flexible role emphasizes assessment, testing, interviews, and report-writing for court-involved youth. The ideal candidate will integrate testing, collateral information, and treatment history into clear court-quality reports and collaborate with supervising Maryland-licensed Psychologist.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Psychology Associate license in good standing.
• Graduate degree in psychology from an accredited program.
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations.
• Experience administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological assessment instruments.
• Excellent clinical interviewing and diagnostic assessment skills.
• Ability to synthesize collateral, clinical, testing, and legal information.
• Ability to work under supervision of a Maryland-licensed Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and forensic evaluations of adolescents.
• Complete TOJ and psychosexual evaluations as qualified.
• Conduct clinical and forensic interviews with youth.
• Interview parents, treatment providers, and collateral contacts.
• Review collateral documentation (educational, medical, behavioral health, social, and legal).
• Administer, score, and interpret assessment instruments.
• Develop DSM-5-TR diagnoses, clinical formulations, and level-of-care recommendations.
• Prepare clear, court-ready written reports and testify when required.
• Meet required contractual timelines and participate in supervision.
