Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide organized, individualized nursing care per treatment plan.
• Document assessments and patient history in electronic records.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and manage medications and controlled substances.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and educate patients on procedures.
