Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital seeks a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to support the Adult Acute Care Rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat medically complex adults with swallowing and communication disorders, performing MBSS/VFSS and FEES when appropriate.

Work in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on improving patient outcomes. Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP, and Tennessee licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification (ASHA).
• Tennessee license or eligibility to obtain licensure before employment.
• Experience with MBSS/VFSS assessments and interventions.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat adults with swallowing, speech, language, voice, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Perform dysphagia assessments and MBSS/VFSS as appropriate.
• Conduct FEES when competency is established and per standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and therapists across disciplines.
• Educate patients and families on swallowing safety and communication strategies.
• Document care following hospital and regulatory standards.
