RN/LPN starting wages start at $31.63+/hour for RN and $26.14+/hour for LPN, based on experience, with PRN differential. Work to support high standards of care in several specialties and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN or LPN license or compact multistate licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
• Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Assist with care planning and documentation.
• Support patients and families through education and communication.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing colleagues to promote positive outcomes.
