What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and execute all tasks related to the credentialing process for clinicians in a Telemedicine program
- Build and maintain successful relationships with healthcare facilities and clinicians
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all credentialing applications and supporting documents
- Communicate privileging updates to clinicians and internal teams through various channels
- Track and facilitate reappointment processes, ensuring timely completion of applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital Medical Staff Services Office, IPA/Medical Group, or physician group practice
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to quality and timeliness in job performance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in the health services industry or in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of credentialing processes and requirements for healthcare providers
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used by various facilities
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar database management systems
