What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and execute the hospital privileging process for healthcare providers in a managed program
- Communicate privileging updates effectively to clinicians, leadership, and staffing consultants
- Build and maintain relationships with facilities and clinicians to facilitate the credentialing process
- Review and verify licenses, applications, and supporting documents for completeness
- Track and manage reappointment processes, ensuring timely updates and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Privileging within a hospital Medical Staff Services Office, IPA/Medical Group, or physician group practice
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships in a professional setting
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar systems for credentialing information management
