Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an IAM Engineer to deliver Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities across enterprise infrastructure. You will help develop PAM strategy, roadmaps and implement automation to enhance security, resiliency and speed to market.

Deep collaboration with IT leaders and staff will ensure clear requirements and on-schedule delivery. You bring 5+ years in information security with PAM platforms, strong AD/Azure expertise and a track record of agile delivery and secure

Qualifications

5+ years information security experience with PAM platforms.
Experience enabling or managing an enterprise PAM platform following best practices.
Experience automating PAM processes via connectors/APIs.
Knowledge of Just-in-Time Administration, Zero Trust, and MFA.
Strong understanding of AD, Entra ID/Azure, Windows, Linux, networking and databases.
Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Privileged Access Management Engineer.
Contribute to a strategy and multi-year PAM plan across all PAM areas.
Architect, design, develop and troubleshoot PAM solutions with design docs and test cases.
Create automated, self-service, resilient PAM capabilities.
Define best practices and tracking for PAM monitoring and reporting.
Identify risks and roadblocks and drive timely delivery.
Partner with IT teams to ensure strategy and roadmaps are understood.
Lead change management, drive communications, and training.
Develop and implement program communications framework and metrics.
Contribute to the information security strategy and architecture.
