Job summary

Thinklance LLP in Washington is offering a hands-on internship in Private Wealth. You will partner with Financial Advisors to perform portfolio analysis, open and maintain accounts, and prepare for client meetings, while completing ad-hoc business projects.

We focus on client service excellence, mentorship, and professional development, with opportunities to advance to a full-time Private Wealth Associate after graduation. Availability June–August for full-time work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree candidates graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• GPA 3.0 or better and leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to build relationships and work well in a team.
• Client-focused and detail-oriented with multitasking ability under pressure.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Availability to work full-time June–August.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to provide service and support such as portfolio analysis, account creation and maintenance, and client/prospect meeting prep.
• Complete ad-hoc business projects.
• Focus on client service excellence and communication training.
• Engage in career management, mentorship, and coaching.
• Participate in networking opportunities and social outings.
• Possible transition to a full-time Private Wealth Associate after graduation.
