Advise clients on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and business succession planning.
Engage in fiduciary matters and represent public charities, private foundations, and charitable trusts.
Collaborate with experienced practitioners on complex tax and business planning issues.
Participate in direct client interactions and provide strategic legal solutions.
1-4 years of law firm experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax matters.
Excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters independently and collaboratively.
Membership in the Virginia State Bar is required.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Virginia State Bar.
Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
