Job summary

Blueprint Financial Group seeks a Private Wealth Service Advisor to support a top-tier Private Client Advisor, combining advanced wealth strategy with operational leadership for premium client service.

You will lead a localized client service team, review deliverables for compliance, and coordinate across departments to deliver comprehensive financial plans and strategic client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or wealth management operations.
  • Licensure: FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) and Life/Health license.
  • CFP®, CLU®, or ChFC® preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creation, formatting, and implementation of complex client financial plans.
  • Conduct rigorous research, data extraction, and quantitative analysis to support strategies.
  • Review onboarding documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Job description

The Private Wealth Service Advisor at Blueprint Financial Group is a licensed, highly experienced, relationship-driven operations professional dedicated to supporting a top-tier Private Client Advisor. This critical role sits at the intersection of advanced wealth strategy and operational management, driving the seamless creation and execution of comprehensive financial plans while overseeing high-touch client relationships. The Private Wealth Service Advisor provides vital leadership to the localized service team, establishing operational excellence, reviewing technical deliverables for compliance accuracy, and executing high-quality workflows to ensure clients receive a premium, values-based experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Leads, supports, and manages the localized client service team to ensure high-quality execution and strict adherence to uniform firm standards.
  • Oversees the operational assignment of planning tasks, schedules client follow-up queues, and monitors service team performance metrics.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assists directly in the creation, formatting, and implementation of complex client financial plans, spanning sophisticated retirement, investment, tax location, estate, and insurance strategies.
  • Conducts rigorous research, performance data extraction, and deep quantitative analysis to support the advisor's strategic plan recommendations.
  • Reviews and audits all incoming and outgoing client onboarding documentation, application paperwork, and files to ensure absolute accuracy and strict compliance with industry rules.
  • Prepares extensive analytical reports, chart packs, and customized physical/digital deliverables for upcoming client reviews and strategic presentations.
  • Serves as a primary, high touch point of contact for complex, ongoing client service needs, delivering empathetic, expert guidance to deepen long-term client loyalty.
  • Oversees the structural implementation of all developed planning tasks, systematically coordinating across internal departments to ensure zero-error execution.
  • Analyzes existing client service lifecycles, proactively recommending and implementing technical improvements in internal workflows to elevate the firm's client experience.
  • Monitors, tracks, and reports on core service delivery metrics, aligning team operations with the overarching business growth objectives of the assigned Private Client Advisor.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
  • High technical proficiency utilizing specialized financial planning software, illustrations engines, enterprise CRM networks, and wealth management tools.
  • Robust technical knowledge regarding retirement strategies, asset management, tax regulations, insurance structures, and sophisticated estate planning vehicles.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor junior client service team members while tracking group workflows under tight project timelines.
  • Exemplary written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, custom-tailored to interface confidently with ultra-high-net-worth private clients and corporate stakeholders.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities, demonstrating an ability to function with immense independent initiative while integrating within a collaborative pod structure.
Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive, dedicated professional experience working within financial planning, advanced paraplanning, or wealth management operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a heavily related field required.
  • Licensure & Professional Designations:
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 (or Series 66) registration required.
  • State Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license required.
  • Advanced industry designations such as CFP®, CLU®, or ChFC® are highly preferred and strongly favored.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at an office desk, presenting to clients, and working on dual computer screens.
  • Ability to commute consistently to the designated, on-site regional office location.
  • Repeated use of hands, fingers, and wrists for continuous financial modeling, data entry, report compilation, and system documentation.
Location: Candidates must live within commuting distance of one of our offices in Reston, VA, Richmond, VA or Louisville, KY.
