AllianceBernstein seeks a Supervisory Manager for Private Wealth Management to oversee regulatory reviews and business approvals across offices, including Nashville and Denver, driving risk control and client service excellence. The role supports license sponsorship and staff development.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with SIE, Series 7 and 63, plus 3+ years in wealth management or compliance, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and required licenses (SIE, Series 7, 63)
• 3+ years wealth management and/or 3+ years compliance/managerial experience
• Strong risk management, interpersonal, communication, decision-making and leadership skills
• Ability to work with all levels, work independently under pressure and as part of a team
• Proven track record of prioritizing in a dynamic environment with attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and oversee operational, business, and client risk with Private Wealth offices
• Protect reputational risk and escalate issues to senior leadership
• Demonstrate understanding of firm and industry policies
• Provide supervisory review of daily transactions and exception requests
• Review and approve written correspondence including social media and emails
• Manage and distribute department-wide communications and quality control reports
• Partner with leadership on resolution of errors and complaints
• Lead account transition efforts when necessary
• Liaise with other units to drive client results
• Assist with projects and analysis as needed
